Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NOMAD. Your use of this website or completion of a purchase signifies your express

and full agreement to these Terms and Conditions, established in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Electronic Commerce Law.

1. Legal Disclosure (Data to be Disclosed)

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Implementing Regulations of the Electronic Commerce Law, the Store discloses the following:

2. Privacy Policy and Data Protection (Article 5)

• NOMAD is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the consumer's data, which will only

be accessed for legitimate purposes related to order fulfillment or with the consumer's express consent.

  • Data on concluded contracts shall be retained for at least (3) years in accordance with Article 18 of the Regulations.
  • The consumer has the right to request the closure of their account and the deletion of personal data at any time in an easy and clear manner.

3. Contract Procedures and Correction of Electronic Communication (Article 4)

  • The contract is considered executed between the parties once the payment confirmation button is clicked
  • Correction of Electronic Communication: The consumer has the right to correct an error in

the Electronic Communication within (24) hours of the time it was sent, provided they have not received the product or derived utility from the service, pursuant to Article 4 of the Regulations

4. Replacement and Termination Policy (Article 11)

The consumer has the right to terminate the contract within 7 days from the date of receipt, taking

into account the exceptional cases where termination is not legally permitted, namely:

  • Products manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications they determined (such as custom-designed pieces in NOMAD).
  • Products showing defects resulting from the consumer's poor possession.
  • Products that cannot be returned for health reasons if their original packaging has been opened. 

    5. Shipping and Delivery (Articles 7 & 8)

    The Store is committed to delivering the product on the date specified in the electronic invoice.

    If the Store fails to deliver the product within (15) days of the specified date, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and recover the full amount, unless the delay is due to force majeure.

  •  

    The consumer will be provided with a detailed electronic invoice including the price, taxes, shipping costs, and delivery date.

    6. Complaints and Disputes

    In the event of a complaint, the Store is committed to responding and resolving it within 7 working days from the date of receipt through the official communication channels mentioned in Section 1.
